How To Question Everything

Session Seven

Welcome to Session Seven

To change the world is to find the courage to ask questions

What I’ve come to understand over the years is that to change the world is to be willing to ask questions, over and over and over again. It means we have to find the courage to let go of what we believe to be true and seek ways of life that are even better

Remember in session five when we talked about how the world of tomorrow might be even better and more beautiful than what we know now? Well, it starts with letting go of what we take for granted today so that we can create space for this “new” world to unfold.

In this session, I will teach you one of my favorite exercises which I call “Retruthing.” This exercise will help you question the old and explore new mindset patterns that can unlock the world of tomorrow — for all of us!

In this session:

  • Our subconscious mind and the role it plays in shaping our world

  • How to get better at being wrong

  • My “Retruthing” exercise for getting better at questioning our “truths” and beliefs

Homework:

Retruthing

You might know what your homework is this time. You guessed it - let’s start retruthing! Spend a week becoming the investigator of your own life and see if there’s an old belief or two that you can start to retruth.

Don’t be too hard on yourself - have fun with it! But try to pay attention to the incredible power that lies behind simply doing a little upgrade to your code and who you want to be moving forward.

Good luck getting to know yourself, I’ll see you back here for session eight.

Below are steps for retruthing. Save them somewhere you can come back and practice them often!
